As LGWCDC believes in the proverb “Healthy mind in Healthy Body” so from time to time we organise health camps for children and community members. One such dental camp was organised on 26.10.19. Doctors who are members of the Indian Dental association came and did the dental check up.
In order to empower our SHG members a session was held with them on the importance of saving and opening Bank account in their names. In collaboration with State Bank of India accounts were opened for SHG members.

LGWCDC believes that Self Help Approach (SHA) is the only way to ensure sustainable community development. A session for community members was arranged at Santoshpur on 22.10.19 to aware them about the SHA. The session was facilitated by SHG and CLA members.










To empower the community an awareness program on social issues like legal rights and entitlements was arranged at 16 Bigha,Santoshpur on 17.10.19.
