This year Lake Gardens WCDC, Kolkata completed 30 yrs on the 6th of July 2022. On this occasion our Annual Day Program was held on 18th November 2022 at Aban Mahal, CLT Hall, Dhakuria , Kolkata. The Children, youth and Women Group members of our Centre put up cultural performances.
On 30th September 2022,Members of Rotaract club of Calcutta Sutanuti,RID 3291 distributed new clothes,cakes and biscuits to our creche children.
A Health awareness session along with routine deworming camp was held at ICDP, Santoshpur. 94 women and children attended the camp. All the children were given vitamin and deworming medicine while the women were given vitamin and iron tablets.
An awareness session on how to prepare liw cost nutritious food with locally available vegetables was organised at ICDP, Santoshpur. 40 SHG members attended the session.
A session on resolving internal conflicts was held at ICDP Project Office in Santoshpur. 40 SHG members participated in the event which was facilitated by Mr. Aniruddha RoyChowdhuri.
Awareness session on Good touch and bad touch was held in 3 primary schools in Kolkata between 21st- 28th September 2022.Total 75 children from class 3- 5 attended the session.
