Assisting community members with Aadhaar Card
On 11th December 2025, 13 community members were taken to Alipore Post Office for Aadhaar related services. this included 5 New enrollments, 5 updates, & 2 address changes.

On 9th December 2026, 14 community members were taken to the Aadhaar sub-centre, Amlitala, Maheshtala Municipality, where, 8 people went for Aadhaar and phone number linking, and 6 went for address change.
A two days State Youth Network Training was organized on 8th & 9th December 2025 in Odisha with 45 youth members participating on the theme of environment & sustainability.
On 8th December 2025, a 15 month old child from the 16 Bigha Bastee, Santoshpur was enrolled in the nearby ICDS centre. The ICDS worker entered her name in the Poshan Tracker. The child will start receiving services once her name is approved by the authority.
On 7th December 2025, 4 of our child members participated in the Mexico Folk Art Workshop organised by Meghna Art at the Kutchina Foundation. A great opportunity for them to learn, explore, and express their creativity.
On 6th December 2025, a women’s empowerment programme was conducted at Padirhati, Maheshtala Municipality, with 50 women from the locality. A resource person from CHILDLINE conducted the session on POCSO Act, child marriage and domestic violence.
On 5th December 2025, twenty-three Self-Help Group members of the Integrated Community Development Project, Santoshpur, were assisted in visiting Maheshtala Municipality to access the NULM facility for initiating their businesses. With minimal guidance, they filled out their forms themselves and approached the municipality. A total of 19 forms were successfully
On 1st December 2025, World AIDS Day observed at RCC Lake Gardens WCDC through and awareness and sensitization session on HIV & AIDS and associated legal issues. Awareness session on women empowerment on early marriage, POCSO act. Related to community issues at Kankhuli was held on 12.11.24 under ICDP Santoshpur Kolkata.
Ms. Sarbari Nag represented LGWCDC in a 3 day workshop on Effective Public Speaking organized by Vikas Sambad Sanstha in association with LGWCDC at Seva Kendra, Kolkata. The workshop was held between 11- 13th November 2025.
