Children at Ankur Crèche are actively engaged in various educational and recreational activities designed to support their overall development. These include morning prayer, learning about fruits, vegetables, and animals through board-based activities, free-hand exercises, and regular height and weight measurements.

On 19 June 2026 & 24th June 2026, fifty (29+21 respectively) SHG members from Santoshpur, Maheshtala Municipality, were assisted in filling out and submitting the Annapurna Bhandar application forms under our programme, “Linkages with Government Schemes for Community Members.” The participants were also informed about the benefits of the scheme
In observance of World Yoga Day on 22 June 2026, the children of Ankur Creche performed simple yoga postures under the guidance of their educator. The activity encouraged physical well-being, concentration, and healthy habits among the children.
On 15.6.26 Mrs. Indrani Mitra, a resident of Gol Park Housing, Lake Gardens and her friends visited our Centre and sponsored the mid day meal for children of Ankur Creche 1 & 2. They also gave cake, chocolate and fruit juice to all the children.
