Training on leadership & conflict management for SHG members

A training session was organised for the newly formed SHG members of Santoshpur locality. The training was conducted in two halves and was attended by a total of 157 group members. The objective of the training was to strengthen leadership qualities and to discuss types of leaders, responsibilities of a leader, conflict, types of conflict, and ways to mitigate them.
