Poshan Maas observation at Ankur 3

On 31st August 2026, Poshan Maas was observed with 17 mothers of Ankur 3 Creche through an orientation on different topics, including what Poshan Maas is, why it is observed, and the four groups of NOVA food classification, where the harmful effects of ultra-processed foods was highlighted.
The mothers were introduced to a nutritious recipe, Dalia Khichuri, including the ingredients used to prepare it and the nutritional value and components of each ingredient.
Lastly, the mothers were served the same Dalia Khichuri so that they could taste it and learn how to prepare such nutritious food for their children.
