Smokeless Stove Construction and Traditional Feast Organized in Jamamo Village on World Earth Day
On April 22, on the occasion of World Earth Day, a special program focused on environmental conservation was organized in Jamamo village. This event was held in collaboration with the Lake Gardens organization, with participation from the youth of the LEADS organization and Abhivyakti Foundation.
The main objective of the program was to learn the process of constructing smokeless stoves and to promote their use in rural life. Smokeless stoves not only save fuel but also reduce health problems caused by smoke. The youth closely learned the technique and pledged to promote it in their respective villages.
During the program, a traditional feast was also organized, featuring endangered traditional dishes. The youth resolved to revive traditional food culture and to promote it further in the future.
