On 1st august ICDP Project Team conducted a training on Advocacy and Lobby Building. Around 40 women from all communities participated in the training. The women were trained on how to advocate their demands by creating lobby at different government Institutions at the local , district and State Level.
On 28th July the ICDP Project Team in Santoshpur conducted a training session on Leadership and Cluster formation. Around 40 women participated in the program and they were made aware about leadership traits and the benefits of forming a Cluster level association.
Two days capacity Building Workshop of Odisha Youth Network was organized in Bhawani Patna, Odisha July 20’21’2023.Sharing of Climate Literacy module and climate learning toolbox was done through presentation and National Workshop sharing by Naveen ,youth representative of Odisha who attended the workshop.At the end of the day election process
on 19th July 2023 a session on Menstrual Hygiene was held at Kasba Balika Vidyalaya, Kolkata in association with Unicharm India ltd. 110 girls from Classes 8-12 attended the session. All were given a packet of sanitary napkin at the end of the session.

On 6th July , Lake gardens Women and Children Development Centre stepped into its 31st year. The day was observed by cutting a cake with the Creche and Remedial Coaching Children of the Centre. The children sang songs and danced to the tunes of Nursery Rhymes.
