I. Community members assisted with the following essential documents for the month of January 2026.

1. Ration card - 30
2. Voter card - 4
3. Pan card - 14
4. Aadhaar card - 37
5. Others (Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana & PPF) - 1

II. Staff capacity building on Mental Health at SWAYAM office (6th January -10th January)

III. Training of SHG on "Leadership and Communication" with 40 members.

IV. Sensitization meeting with 311 community members through 7 meetings
