International Youth Day Observation at Koderma , Jharkhand

On the occasion of International Youth Day,(12th august) youth from the community gathered for an interactive session organized by Lake Gardens Women and Children Development Centre (LGWCDC) at  Hotel Celebration , Koderma. The event aimed to create awareness among young people about their role in building a sustainable and inclusive future.

The MGNREGA Lokpal attended as a special guest and shared detailed information about the various provisions and benefits of MGNREGA schemes, encouraging youth to utilize them effectively for community development.

As part of the program, the youth performed a skit play highlighting local climate issues, drawing attention to environmental challenges and the urgent need for action. Their performance inspired discussions on practical steps to address these issues collectively.

The celebration concluded with an open dialogue, where participants exchanged ideas on strengthening youth participation.
