Inauguration of Global Action Month- Biodiversity Walk

On October 29th, the West Bengal Youth Network launched *Global Action Month with an engaging Biodiversity Walk that brought together enthusiastic youth from three districts. Participants were divided into four groups, each focusing on a specific aspect of the ecosystem: plants, insects, pond ecosystems, and birds. As they explored the natural surroundings, the youths actively identified various species and recorded their observations. This hands-on experience culminated in group presentations, where they shared their findings and insights, fostering a deeper appreciation for biodiversity and its importance in their local environment.

In Odisha at Pippalapadar, kashipur, Rayagada youths and village elders embarked on a Biodiversity Walk, exploring forest conservation & sustainable livelihoods!
